FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Considering a Click Membership? Looking for meeting space? Let's See if we can answer some common questions:

WHO CAN BECOME A CLICK WORKSPACE MEMBER?

CLICK welcomes individuals and small teams from a wide range of industries. Anyone who is engaged in professional, academic, or creative work is welcome to inquire and see if CLICK is a good fit. Our membership is diverse, composed of small startup teams, solo entrepreneurs, nonprofit employees, remote workers, creatives, and more.

Can I share a Membership with my colleague or spouse?

Memberships are specific to each individual, so each person needs his/her own. We'd be happy to talk with you about private office space that could accommodate more than one person, or about accommodating a growing company in one of our dedicated team rooms.

What are your hours?

While CLICK is busiest during weekday workday hours, all members have 24/7 access.

Meeting rooms are available for public rental Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. An additional administrative fee of $20/hour will apply to cover off-hours staffing. Please use our contact form to request a quote.

If you'd like to visit CLICK, please schedule a weekday tour via the form on our Contact page, or keep an eye out for occasional drop-in hours in our event listings.

What would be the best type of workspace for me?

We offer three types of workspaces, each with its own perks:

  1. Open Space members are welcome to use any of the flexible desks throughout the building. When you arrive, you have your choice of whatever seats are currently open, and you bring your belongings in and out with you each day. This is a great option for individuals whose work life is laptop-based. Conversation, phone calls, and video chats (on headphones) are welcome in the open spaces, but members may also take advantage of our meeting rooms and phone booths for calls for more privacy.
  2. Dedicated Desk members enjoy a large desk all to themselves in an open space environment on the second floor, complete with a filing cabinet. This is the perfect setup for those who don't feel the need for a private office, but who use a desktop monitor or would like to leave other items behind from day to day. You're also welcome to bring in your office chair of choice.
  3. Office members have keyed access to an office that overlooks the open workspaces and lounge areas. Offices are generally shared between two members, and are ideal for those whose work has them on the phone or on video calls quite a bit. Or you and your officemate may both be quiet workers who like being able to spread out, customize your space, and close the door for extra concentration.

are private offices available?

It is possible to have a private office. A full office may be claimed by one person for his/her sole use by taking on the membership fee for each desk in that space. For instance, an office that was designed for two may be utilized by one person by paying the dues for both desk spaces. Full office vacancies pop up from time to time, so let us know if you'd like to be on our waiting list.

I'm a coach, therapist, or Lawyer. would click be a good environment for my practice?

There are a few factors to consider about coworking spaces when you work in those fields. Please contact us to discuss your business' needs and we'd be happy to show you around so you can gauge for yourself.
